Troubleshooting

I'm stuck on a window
  1. Tap ? to light up a pane you can lift. You get three free hints per window, and they never cost a shard.
  2. Tap the i button below the board to see how arrows and blockers work. Every legal move is safe.
The glass cracked and my window restarted
  1. A blocked tap cracks one shard. When the last shard cracks, that window starts over.
  2. Tapping the same blocked pane again, while the same pane still blocks it, costs nothing.
  3. Tap Try again to restore the board at once. Stars and records from earlier runs are kept.
My progress is missing
  1. Glasswing saves on your iPhone after every tap. There's no account and no cloud sync, so progress doesn't move between devices.
  2. One unfinished campaign window is kept at a time (Daily Windows keep their own): your first move in a different window replaces the saved attempt.
  3. Deleting the app deletes your progress. Profile → Settings → Reset progress also clears it, after you confirm.
There's no sound
  1. Turn on Sound effects in Profile → Settings, or tap the speaker button on Home.
  2. Check that your iPhone isn't muted and the volume is up.
  3. Glasswing has sound effects but no music, so quiet stretches are normal.
I want to change the language
  1. Open Profile → Settings → Language.
  2. Pick one of eight languages, or Automatic to follow your iPhone's language.
  3. The change applies straight away.
Today's Daily Window hasn't changed yet
  1. Daily Windows change at midnight UTC, not at your local midnight.
  2. Every earlier day of the month stays playable from the Daily calendar.
  3. Seven different days in one month complete that month's stained-glass medallion. Pieces never expire.
