Email us with your device, the game version and what went wrong. Put “Color Tray Cover” in the subject line so we can find it quickly.

A tile won't drop where I want

Every cell of the tile must land on empty cells of a mat with the same color and stamp.
If the outline turns red, turn the tile first: tap it in the tray or press Rotate. Tiles turn but never flip.
Wild clay, the pale tile with a sparkle, fits any color.

I'm stuck on a level

Press Undo as many times as you need. Undo also reverses a seal.
Restart starts the level over. Your best stars for it are always kept.
From chapter 2, the bulb at the top right glides a tile into a placement that still completes the board.

How do I get more hints?

You start with three hint tokens.
Earn more from the daily commission, the daily quests and streaks of 3, 7, 14 and 30 days.
In the current version, hints can't be bought.

My progress is missing

Progress saves automatically on your phone. There's no account and no cloud save.
A level you leave halfway isn't saved: it starts fresh next time.
Uninstalling the game deletes your progress.

There's no sound or vibration

Check Sound, Music and Vibration in Settings, or in the pause menu during a level.
Check your phone's volume and Do Not Disturb settings.

Why is a chapter locked?

Each chapter opens when you clear the previous chapter's finale: levels 10, 20, 30 and so on.
A locked chapter shows which level to clear.
The daily commission unlocks after chapter 1.
